Users may report that they have not received an invitation to join the At Work learning platform. These users will be considered “pending”. To resend a registration email, follow the outlined steps:
- Select the Users tab from the navigation menu.
- Select “Pending Users” from the top-hand menu.
- Select the learner’s username (email address)
3. Once the participant's name is located, you may either:
- Hover over 3 dots on the right-hand side and select “Resend” to prompt an invitation to be sent to the email address associated with the user’s account.
- Click on the username (email address) and copy the invitation’s URL to paste into an email to be sent in your correspondence to the user.
