If a learner is unable to progress in a specific module of their self-paced course, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Go to the learner's profile.
- Click on the Enrollments tab.
- Open the affected course and then click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the self-paced course (SCORM) or the problematic module.
- Choose Set Complete to mark the module as complete and allow the learner to proceed.
If the learner cannot proceed with their coursework after these troubleshooting steps, escalate the issue to client support t2 for further troubleshooting.
