The NTs mark attendance within 24 hours of the training. If it has been more than 24 hours since the ILT, you can check the ILT Center to see if the NT has missed their deadline. If they have, please inform the Client Services Team.
Note: Client support representatives should not modify course attendance.These steps should only be handled by National Trainers or the Direct Delivery Team.
How to check if attendance has been recorded
- Click on the ILT Center tab in the left-hand menu
- Select the product or training type (Certification 2.0, Champion 1.0, etc.)
- Choose the Sessions tab at the top of the screen to see all ILTs, then select the participant's session, listed by client name and date of ILT.
- If all learners are marked as Unmarked, attendance has not been recorded yet.
- If attendance has been marked, but this learner was missed, please notify the Client Services Team.
